I just replaced my EVAP canister a couple days ago and driving this morning, CEL and TRAC OFF is back on. I assume it's the P0446 code once again, my new canister came with everything assembled just like the picture in the attached file. What other problem could it be?

Do you guys think this service bulletin might could be the fix since I do have a '99 ES300 and my VIN is within the VIN range of this service bulletin.

Hey, if I'm getting charged $300 for the part and $160 for labor in Boston, MA is that a reasonable price? It's a friend of the family who is doing this for me. They spent an hour diagnosing the problem for no charge. I think they should be legit. But let me know what you guys think.

No comments on whether the price is right? BTW, how common is it for more than one problem going wrong with the evap system, and around the same time?
