Default sort of the same prob. flashing trac off light and abs light on

i have replaced the canister per my cel and also the a/f sensor per another code.

every once in a while these 2 lights would come on, randomly.

and no trouble codes.

so this past weekend i replaced the struts, strut mounts and rear sway bar links.

i get done the install and go to take the car for a ride and right away the lights come on. this was not normal before.

so i check it with my code reader and nothing.

this is a 99 es300,
i jumped the 2 terminals to get the codes. i get 43 from the trac off and 44 from the airbag light.

can this be an abs or a speed sensor of some sort??

help please

I had the same problem when I did my suspension work. Its probably the Speed Sensor. I paid roughly 100 dollars or so for a new one and fixed the problem. But make sure u find out which one it is that needs to be replaced.

I had this same problem, I just took out each wheel sensor and cleaned it off (since its magnetic and attracts metal shavings), Never got the flashing lights after that..Goodluck with the fix!!
