Default More JDM. Chrome Trim

So, i went to autozone today finally and bought some chrome trim to get the JDM Windom look of the chrome trim around the perimeter of the es300 in the divider between the plastic body panel/top.

Will install tommorrow. (BTW some noob person at Autozone just gave me an extra packet of trim (14 bucks each). I bought a larger size 1/4 inch trim and then returned it b/c i thought it looked too big. So then i grab two of the 1/8 inch size and they gave me the difference for only one package ^__^. lol

Hmm, I wonder how the chrome trim would look on a 3rd generation.

Just finished putting the chrome on the front bumper / windshield. Autozone had only one 1/8" set left so I wasn't able to get enough to finish up the back bumper and sides. The turnout is really nice, I'll take a picture of the front tomorrow morning when its sunny out.

no. I was planning to paint the whole car mono black and match the eyelids but some plans changed and right now i'm actually looking to sell the car so it's not happening. The car is listed at the vehicle classifieds forum.

I just had time to do the front bumper today, and i did it after work (at like 10 pm) so, I'll post pics when i get home from school tommorrow
I think the chrome looks best on the black/gray bottom. I havent seen my car with the chrome in the day yet, but it does shine..

That's the most tasteful looking usage of stick on chrome trim I've seen. I didn't think it would actually look good, but I do live in southern Arizona and see horrific usage of chrome trim daily.
