Default Pics of my 92 ES.

Upgrades:

5% Tint around
Alpine Deck (9856)
IS300 Rims

Yeah i know not much but it gets the job done. Doesnt look to bad for having 153K on it.

Any Suggestions for what i should do next?

Another Champagne Gold owner! Me too haha

I like the tint. Where in Cali are you at? I'm surprised no cops are on your *** yet for the tint. IS300 rims look nice as well

As for mods, my last idea was to paint it RX-8 dark blue, tint, IS300 rims, silver emblems and to restore the seats. HIDs were in there too, both fogs and main lights

You should get HID's and black out your emblems. That would look great with what you've done so far. I'd also take out the amber's and smoke them slightly, not so they're black but a tint of gray and it should be good

Remove your headlights and bake them in the oven, pry them apart, and remove that amber reflector. Then install an HID kit for the lowbeams. Leave the fog lights the way they are. Your generation ES has the best looking fogs in my opinion. No need for 3K HID for those. They are yellow enough. If you really want clean light, replace the stock projectors with some D2S projectors. Other than that, I wouldn't do anything else to the exterior.

By the way, love the rims.

Ehh the cops got em a couple weeks ago so i go to take the tint off. Ill put it back on tho. I live in Monterey btw.

I've been wanting to clear the headlights but i dont want to ruin them somehow.

Cops get you for the front windows but not the rear. I have 5% in the rear 3 and none has bothered me nor for the HIDs either.

You bake them to take it apart and clean the insides(projector bulb) OR take out the amber insert. It makes it look much nicer IMO. Its the same process in the back to remove those amber inserts as well

Softens up the glue used to seal the plastic lens to the headlight housing.
Put those babies inside the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes and pry with a flathead screwdriver and don't forget to wear some heavy duty work gloves. As the glue cools down, it gets harder and less pliable. If this happens, repeat the oven process (make sure to use a baking pan)
