Are these rare options on a 97 ES300??
My brother has an ES300 97 and has the traction control, heated seats and the Adjustable suspension options.
I ve only seen one other ES around that had these 3 options! So are these rare options? They all work except for the driver heated seat no longer gets hot. Even the ADJ suspension still works with the odo hitting 166K miles!!

The other thing is that how long will this transmission hold up for? And will the car just continue to just keep going toward 300K with regular maintance???

That and it not being abused, yes it will run forever. The Adaptive suspension I believe is very rare, probably as rare as a gen 2 5 speed.

Mine has heated seats, a black interior which apparently is fairly rare (most 2gens are tan or taupe in color), and also headlight washers that I don't think were availabe in the U.S.

I ll take some pics and post them, basically, the adj susp switch is between the 2 switches for the heated seats and it switches from front to back, front being stiffest and back being softest.
Does anyone else have the adj option?

I am still wondering just how rare these options are, the car was bought in the bay area Ca. He bought the car as a used certified car that was 2 years old at the time.

I also have a 97 with heated seats, and AVS suspension, except I disabled mine when I dropped the car. BTW the Canadian ES's stopped getting the headlight washers after 96, I had them on my 95 and hated the look of the big black washers sticking out of the bumper.
