It's "speedometer". Odometer is reffering to mileage.

The dealership paper from the owner said they try to change a fuse and there was a pop. The mileage doesn't come on.

A "tach" or tachometer is your RPM gauge. Ebay, local auto parts store, etc. have many to choose from, you don't need another one, and if your's is broken then i'd say get new gauges then. Then you have a good reason instead of just one or the other(odometer) broken.

Also, try changing the fuse. It's in the fuse panel under your dash. Not sure which one, I will check later for you.
