Lowering Lexus ES330 with D2 Coilovers
Hello,
I was interested in lowering my 06 ES330 with D2 coil-overs. I've had the car for about 4 years now and it only has 42,000 miles on it. I've been hesitant to lower the car as I don't want to sacrifice the ride quality, but I do love the lowered look of ES330. Is anyone running these coilovers or similar ones? If so, for how long? and How has it affected your ride quality or any maintenance throughout the years?
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
P.S: I was also only thinking of going down two inches as I live in NY and the snow/potholes in the winter can make it difficult.

A buddy of mine is running D2 Coils on his 5th gen ES350. He's told me that ride quality is surprisingly similar to factory but you can't expect it to be 100% the same. He's had them for at least a couple of years and the only change he's made is upgrading to stiffer springs when he lowered his car more.
