I don't believe the '95 ES has a cabin air filter, but double-check your owner's manual for it.

there's a slot for an A/C filter behind the floor carpet to the right of the gas pedal. a lid covers the slot. most likely it's empty and you will have to purchase and install the filter unless a previous owner did it already.
