Just did my LOF flush =]
whats up guys, ive been planning to switch to m1 motor oil for a while and now i finally did. I used an engine cleaner and ran it for 15 mins with the old oil, i then drained it and put some cheap 76 synthetic blend oil and ran it for 20 mins to take all of that engine cleaner out (im paranoid ), i then drained it and put a oem filter and m1 syn. oil ....car feels like its running much nicer at 59,000, just wanted to let u guys know just incase any of you may have been thinking about switching to m1 synthetic.

I use Liqui Moly down here. Looked into BG's intake cleaners as they do have a single distributor down here. Yes, excellent products. I just started using German Castrol 0W30 on Saturday, but will see if can get some hands on the BG when I change over my cousin's Golf to the Castrol, too.
