The latest:
Lexus dealer doesn't seem interested in helping to resolve this so I took it back to my long time mechanic and had them flush the transmission. Didn't help, still feeling the "twich". Not sure what to do next but I guess I can keep driving it and wait for CEL to come on. I'm pretty frustrated at this point.

The tires are the problem for sure.

Well, I just don't know. Seems that would be pretty easy to check out so I'll take a look at them tomorrow and maybe have them rotated just to rule that out.
