NEVERMIND (none of the previous owners had ever used it (they said it didnt work) all I had to do was read the manual and program them... whoops.

Are you aware that the ignition has to be on, and the car in park to be able to operate the memory seat function??

Sorry it took so long to get back, but yes I am aware of that. Is there something I am maybe missing? I don't see this as a common problem. But if anyone else knows why the memory function is not operating, I would really like to know. Thanks.

Same here no beeps and the fuses are fine. The power adjustments work great however as i read they are run by the same mini computer (not on the technical terms for some car electronics) the wires and everything obvious seems fine. I'm stumped.

you might wana give the dealer a call and see if there is a seperate component in the power seats that controll the memory buttons you might be able to just replace that

Well, I found out that when you un-hook the battery, it resets the memory so it might seem like it isnt working, when infact it just needs to be reprogrammed (in my case this worked). I think you have to hold down the set button and either 1 or 2 then after the beep, set the seat (read the owner's manual)....
