'92 ES300 - 147k - next timing belt change?
I have a 1992 ES300. The timing belt & water pump were changed at 90k in 1998. I'm now at 147k, but am only driving about 6,000 per year these days.
When should I consider replacing the timing belt and water pump again?
Thank you.

How much you drive, over what period of ime doesn't matter. Just the time on the engine running.
Do it every 90,000m - per the current revised schedule for all the belted v6's. It's still wise to change the pump with the belt every 90,000m. Very few people actually change their coolant & keep the coolant system maintained to a level where they can forgo pump changes without any worry.
I would change both pressure caps, and the thermostat now tho. Flush the fluid out with a cleaner.
