I had my recorded CD got stuck in my 2002 ES300 6 CD changer. I went to Bestbuy and asked him how much he charges for removing just a CD. I just want to give it a try and paid $50 for it.

The guy removed CD but my CD player do not work. CD changer door do not open to load the CD. Tape & Radio works fine.

I live in San Jose, CA. Anybody recommend where I can fix this for less instead of going to a dealer .

Does anybody had this kind of problem and how much does a dealer charges .
