Lexus ES 300 lights?
I've been noticing alot lately on the road some older style ES's maybe 96 with the projector lights.... Its the same body style as my 97 so i know its a 96 because we had a 95 in the family a few years back and the body style was different.... anyway why did lexus change headlights? The projectors look better IMO and the fog lights are in the lower grille 
Or maybe it is 95's that i'm seeing on the road with projectors

IMO im really not feeling the fogs on the older model (like the 96's).. looks like a mod for me or one u can buy at the store... it doesnt look like a factory fog.. but i guess.. oh well.. still nice .... specially them yellow ones...

Stacked14 had it right. The 96 and below ES foglights look like aftermarket add-ons.
Their projector headlights did look cool, but nothing beats the "cat-eyes" of the 97-01 IMHO. It would've been cool to have our headlight housings with projectors inside them, though.

Personally I like how the fogs are positioned in the '97-'01 ES than in the previous gen ES. You can actually see a better difference in the lighting on the road from those fogs. I also like how the design of the '97-'01 fog lens curves from the front to the side. I think that speaks largely to the precision engineering of Toyota/Lexus
