Installing an after market head unit, but Lexus' wires are out of the ordinary. Does anyone have or know where I can get the wiring diagram for an ES300 factory harness.

cant you just buy the adapter from your brand radio to the 93 lex?

I looked at pioneer's website for the model head unit I have, but I could not find anything on harnesses.

not through the manufactures. Companies like Bestbuy, cartoys, soundtrack....or any local car audio install shop should have it. just take it in to them and tell them the car you have. Keep in mind as soon as they hear "lexus" your price goes up by 20% lol

i also have a 93 es300.. the harness is a pain in the *** to use and if you're gonna buy it from best buy. they wouldn't know about it until you have them search for you. i had to bring my whole head unit in and show the guy the harness .. he told me this harness isn't listed for a Lexus. GOOD luck and let me know if you have this laud buzzing sound after you install it..

hmm guess it depends on your brand radio.

the alpine has front, rear and sub out. and the harness i bought from soundtrack fit perfectly with it.

got a picture of that harness??? i thought the picture i posted up is the ONLY harness for that car..

My suggestion is to bypass all but the power and memory wires from the stock lexus harness and run fresh speaker wires from the aftermarket head unit to aftermarket speakers.

actually i have a 1992 ES300 and the guy at the Mobile Electronics store truthfully told me there was no actuall harness for my car. So it looks like ull have to be splicing. Also yea..i just took out the stock radio and there is way to many wires...im so confused. Installing anything on lexuses are pains in the ***
