I just sent payment for a set of wheels about an hour ago......it's been a long time in the making, and it's only going to get worse as I won't be able to have them on the car until the damn snows gone!!! Went with the L-Sportline Model IV's.......haven't decided on tires yet, but I guess I've got a while yet!

I hate winter!

Thanks man.....If I remember correctly, you were the one who recommended them to me in the first place when I was looking at the Enkei's....1/5's I think they were....anyway, ended up sticking with 18's which unfortunately are only available as a one piece, which is too bad as I love the look of the 3-piece, but they'll have to wait for my next car I guess.

Now I need to pick out some rubber, struts and springs (although coilovers would be awesome....have to wait and see how the market does!).......then I'd like some '01 tails and some kind of exhaust system and I'll be set.....for a year or say anyway, as I expect I will one day get bored and want a GS.

Well as some of you may know, I got my ES back from the dealership after 1 month there being out of commission due to a dead transmission. It was replaced with a used, remanufactured Lexus tranny out of a spare '01 ES, and the dealership was kind enough to do a complete flush of the fluid from the torque converter, replace the tranny gasket and the rear main seal, and include a 1-year parts and labor warranty on the replaced transmission

In the big scheme of things, you could say this is essentially a Christmas present for my ES

Dang, I didn't know your tranny went out.. Glad you got it fixed up.

Anyway, I'll post about what I recently received via UPS when I get home later in the week
