Default Anyone familiar with the ES300 sunroof switch & motor wiring?

Hello
So, the problem is that my sunroof does not work at all. I took apart the interior lamp/switch assembly (lamp works fine) and found out that some previous owner has made a little mess there, probably trying to bypass a faulty switch. I ordered a used toyota RAV4 switch from ebay and now I'm trying to figure out how and where the cut wires should go. From the sunroof motor the White/black wire is obviously ground, but where should i connect the green (with black extension) and red (with red extension) wires that are also coming from the motor? The sunroof switch connector has two empty slots, should it?

Why didn't you buy an ES sunroof switch there are a bunch on Ebay. Don't assume wire colours/voltages, what year is your ES?

It has the same part number as ES's switches, so i think it's fine. The car is a 97 model
a picture of stock/factory wire setup would help a lot but i haven't found one yet

@mika88,

How did you get the rear of the switch assembly to release from the headliner? The front is relatively easy, but the back is stubbornly resisting sliding forward (which seems like what needs to happen). Is there a screw or something holding it in?

Thanks in advance...

Should only have those two screws. Mine came off easily just by pulling it a bit down from the screw-end (front end) and then the whole thing towards the front of the car.

Small hooks in the screw-end:

And also, this little connector went unnoticed last time and on the other side it had the 3 cut wires with right colors that i was missing. Case closed.
