Window Motor
Last week i went to get my pasenger side front window fixed(at a local toyota dealer), they told me that my motor was dead, and that lexus would not send them just a motor for the window, only the hole assembly and it would be over $600 installed. What i am dong now is looking for a window motor, if you can help please do cause $600 is a lot of money and i think it can be done for cheaper.

Unfortunately that is a very expensive part. Your only other option is to go to a junkyard and get that part. Otherwise you'll be stuck paying that large amount of money. Labor hours are expensive on that operation since it's not fun trying to fish out the motor from the door. I've done that operation myself before and it took me a couple hours to get it done.

I have a spare window motor(front passenger) lying around. I'll sell it cheap..make me an offer. You can install it in less than an hour if you know what you're doing.

MFA, don't believe everything the dealer tells you. My buddy (Lexus mechanic for >10 years) told me because that kind of job requires them to take the whole panel and the assembly out. The best for them to do is to replace the whole thing, just in case there are other complications. My window got damaged last winter when it was stuck with ice and I tried to force it down resulting in the cable got all tangled up. The dealer told me the same thing, but my friend bought the "actuator" portion ($115.00 CAN) - the part that has the cable, metal rod and pulleys without the motor- We replaced it ourselves in his garage. I was lucky because I had his help, but it was not a difficult task. The hardest part would be to adjust the placement of the mirrior so that when you're done there is no air gap. We made cross marks with a magical marker on all the nuts that hold the mirror to the assembly to know where it was originally placed.
If you're going to do this yourself, take the assembly out and see if your cable had slipped from the pulleys and got tangled up or not as this is the most common problem. You can test the motor by applying 12V to it. The motor is made by Denso. You can also find out where to buy these motors
You will need a helper to hold the glass while taking out the screws from the assembly. PM me if you want to do this and need more info.
