Does anyone know if there's an AUX input on a 98 ES300...Wanted to connect and Ipod with interface...or basically hard wire it...Im putting on a Kicker 12" sub and a Kicker amp next week...Just wanted to know if its possible to put in the IPOD with a factory head? Thanks for the feedback in advance,

You guys should post this in the Lexus Audio, Video, Security & Electronics forum. There are a ton of members who specialize in that area and should be able to help you out. Good luck.

There are plug and play harnesses to do it if you want to get rid of your CD changer, but i've looked into it pretty extensively and theres no product for sale anywhere that will do what you want. I'm sure it can be done with some serious splicing in the cd changer harness, but I'm not ready to start cutting that open in my car personally to find out.

you guys should check out the product offered by Vais Tech:

http://www.vaistech.com/aic100i.html

It says for Lexus models 98-05, but you might want to contact them regarding compatibility with a 97.

That should work, the cd changer plug has been the same on most toyota models since 97. Unless that goes into the main harness which changed for most toyota models around 98, but not till 00 for the es300. Looks like an interesting product, just wish it didnt cost more than the ipod itself!
