Default R-Strap

Don't know if y'all have seen this camera strap or not, but it's become a big deal on my Texas Photo Forum (in a good way).

http://www.blackrapid.com/

"The R-Strap is worn diagonally across the torso from shoulder to hip and is adjustable to fit most photographers. Our locking FastenR connects the R-Strap to the tripod socket located on either the camera body or the lens. Once connected, the camera hangs upside down, resting securely at your side or in the small of your back, with the lens pointing behind you."

Video is worth a thousand words:

looks pretty cool, but why is he wearing a black shirt? I can barely see what's going on.

Places where you need to be ready real fast are usually crowded places.

I don't my camera hanging off to the side in such places. Those places are the most likely places you get your camera stolen/snatched from you and it hangs in the ideal position for that.
No thanks.

If I shoot in such places the normal strap is tighly wrapped around my wrist (three times) and I'm faster ready than that superstrap and try to ****** my baby...not gonna work.

Looks interesting. The diagonal design could make it more comfortable than a regular strap when walking around with a heavy lens.

Interesting. For some shooters this will be nice.

I have one. I like it when I use two bodies for shooting autocross events. The strap does move a bit , but I am being nitpicky.
