I recently bought a 2015 CT 200h and somehow managed to disable the rearview mirror backup camera. I have a non-navigation model. Can't find any documentation to re-enable.

Can someone walk me through how to re-enable please!

I looked up the 2015 manual, it seems to cover different ways to turn off the monitor on page 206. Many of the methods seem temporary.
