Default Good deal on ct? & couple questions

Found a ct 2011 w/navi back up camera 75k they asking 15,900. Seems like a ok price it's due for oil change according to the dash, tires have ok tread and the center console latch got stuck when we test drove it and wouldn't close lol. Mileage is way high for the year but It does have all service history at Lexus.

How's the price? (They are being dicks about coming much off it) is the passenger seat supposed to be manual is that normal? Seems kinna cheesy for Lexus and I don't thinks it's leather the bottom seat has some kinna pattern in it. But the wife likes it. Anything else I should look for?

The passenger seat is manual by default, unless you have the package that upgrades it to power (even then, it's only 4 way, no height adjustment).

If the seat has a pattern, and seems like vinyl, then it's NuLuxe, which is Toyota/Lexus' synthetic leather. It weighs half as much as leather and more environmentally-friendly to make.

The 2011 model has had plenty of problems. Suggest you check out the following before your warranty runs out and as a general survey of the car:
1. If it has sat nav check that the map DVD has been upgraded. Original DVD would shut down satnav/ audio system with message coming up 'cannot find maps'.
2. Grab passenger door handle from black strip only and check if it springs open. TSB out for replacement.
3. Check centre console button for sticking. TSB to replace.
4. Open and close moon roof listening for any vibrations. Gear and motor set may need replacing if not perfectly smooth. Mine was in the shop for a week before this was sorted out.
5. Check the bolts in the boot that hold the luggage hooks. Come loose and wedge under battery, bolt and hook.
6. Turn steering wheel left and right and check for 'give' or clunking. Multiple posts about this problem. Likely indicates new steering intermediate shaft required. After mine was replaced, noise reoccurred but 2nd time round related to some 'steering spring'. That was replaced also.
7. Carefully listen for creaks and rattles from dash. Very difficult to track down and isolate, both for yourself and Lexus tech.
8. Check wear of front tyres. Soft, low profile and quick to wear if driven enthusiastically. Not cheap to replace.
9. Get a hybrid battery check. Will tell you volts and CCA giving indication of condition of main battery.
10. Check under passenger door for rust. Vehicle low and door scrapes badly on curb if not careful.
11. Check side walls of tyres and rims for damage. Curb scrapes inevitable with low profile tyres and poor visibility from low seat.
12.Check that both key fobs work. Batteries can get chewed up quickly if leave fob in your pocket up against phone. Also, fobs not water proof. TSB out for faulty fobs.
13.Watch out for any modification. Popular car to mod putting excellent Lexus warranty at risk.
14. Check for cracked front spoiler.
15. Check for stone chips on bonnet. Common with car's profile. More of a cosmetic problem as will not cause rust spots due to bonnet being aluminium.
16. Check driver's side door pull. The section with the window buttons started to pull away from the rest of the handle. Just replaced under warranty.
17. Lower and raise all the windows. Listen for clunking noises. Driver's side window motor also just replaced under warranty. Thought only BMW window motors do this.

- TSB -L-SB-0004-13 - after cold soak very rough engine, manifold might need replacing
