New CT, few questions and notes
Hello, I had a chance to drive 2015 CT (build 10/2014). Nice car overall, but there's some issues
1) No telescopic sunvisors, they're fixed and short like in the pre-facelift. Is it only North America that gets sliding visors?
2) Funny navigation routing, it tries to avoid motorways at all the time. We don't have toll roads or anything like that in here, and I didn't find any setting for this. Selected routing style was "fast", what could cause that?
I appreciate any input

It does seem that the extending sun visors are US only (maybe Canada too?). Many European forum members have indicated that they don't get that feature.

Got to get better sunglasses then
Something additional:
- Could ride height be increased easily? Ground clearance seems to be too low for winter conditions
- For some reason traction control light goes on while pressing the brake pedal to the metal while car is stationary. What does that mean?

Make sure motorways are selected in the route settings. You can deselect them and it will avoid motorways.

As far as ground clearance, bigger wheels could do it. You could always get an air suspension to adjust ride height yourself. I don't know what you mean by increasing it easily?
Regarding the traction control light when flooring the brake. This is the Hill Start Assist system. If you depress the brake pedal all the way for 2 seconds, it locks your brakes in place. Once you release the pedal, the brakes stay locked for about 2 seconds, giving you time to reach and depress the gas pedal while your car stays put instead of rolling backwards on a steep hill or ramp.

Great info, thank you raidin I'll try to check those navigation settings again
About that ride height, with some cars you can get spring pads with different thickness to adjust it. Like these on Merc W124:

Okay, that nav setting was easy fix. Dealer told that ride height cannot be adjusted easily, tyre swap is the only option. Maybe I have to live with it.
One more interesting thing I noticed: the car has wiper de-icer, but no switch for it
It can be switched on via the display, but it's irritating to browse all the menus. Did they forgot to install the switch shown in the manual?
Here's IR image of the heater, seems to work.
