Question Ride Comfort in 2013 CT with F-Sport package

I have a question for you all who've driven both the 2013 CT with and without the F-Sport package. I feel that there is a huge difference in terms of ride comfort. I am well aware that the F-Sport package CT has a stiffer and tighter suspension, causing it to not go over and absorb the uneven road or small pot holes too well. Whenever my F-Sport CT drives over such conditions, I would really feel the road and sometimes even the dashboard area will make a cracking noise whenever I drive over bumpy uneven patterns of the road.

I was wondering if any of you guys have had this experience too. I've driven the non F-Sport CT and it's so much more comfortable.

Also, are there ways I can make the ride more comfortable? Thanks for your input!

You can start with smaller rims and narrower tyres with higher profile.

Before I got coilovers, I did some research on the F-sport springs and I read that a lot of people felt that the ride was pretty similar before upgrading springs.

Maybe you could try to contact the dealership and have them look at your car and also test drive another F-sport to make your own determination.

Before I ordered my CT, I made sure to drive the CT with and without the F Sport package (2014s), and I was able to detect only a minor difference in comfort. It wasn't enough to justify getting a CT without the F Sport package.

I basically found a bumpy road near the dealer and took both cars there, try that and see if it you can tell the difference and if it's enough to choose one over the other.
