Now I have an excuse to get a F-Sport rear bumper I guess. 2015 is different from previous years, correct?

Does anyone know if that's a straight bolt on swap? or do I need any additional parts as well?

I'll be going from a 2011 rear bumper to a 2015.

Good to know that you're okay. Although, I haven't done it myself, I have heard it's a straight swap, except for two plastic bolts that doesn't match properly. I wouldn't be worried about it. Here's a couple lines from a recent thread. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ct-...-2013-a-5.html
