I am interested in putting bigger brakes in the front of the car. The only problem is I can't find any kits made for the ct. Surprisingly there are a few kits for the 3rd gen Prius.

So the question I am asking is are the braking components of the CT straight off the Prius, and if so, do you think brakes made for the prius would work on the ct? I know the brakes look very similar.

Technically it is not necessary at all, but I am interested in the aesthetics of it. I have 18" open rims on my car (see picture) and the front brakes look embarrassingly small.

I just got my Lexus dealer to check the part numbers with Toyota and apparently the caliper, brake pad and rotor all share the same part number!

I am sure that this kit would work!
