Door Lock Scenario
The best way for me to describe the problem with my door locks is to provide a scenario:
I pull up to a friends house to quickly grab something from their front doorstep...I park the car and turn it off but leave the keys in the center console. I grab the object and put the object in my truck which is unlocked and when I get back into the car the drivers side door is locked but all of the other doors are unlocked. Keys are in the center console car in unarmed and now I have to reach into the car either from the rolled down drivers side window to unlock the car or through another unlocked door...
Any thoughts?

The car will prevent itself from electronically locking the doors if the key is inside the car.
My question to you is this:
Is this scenario repeatable? does it happen every time? Some of the time?
I have a feeling the lock is manually locking itself somehow, possibly related to you exiting the car or pulling the handle. If so that would be something mechanically linked to the lock, maybe the door panel or lock pulls were installed incorrectly and you'd have to remove the door panel to inspect it.
I would watch the motions you do as you exit your vehicle. Do you physically see the lock going into the closed position as you exit and/or pull the handle on the inside? Watch it as you exit.
