Default Golden Opportunity - Lease Deal

Hey Guys,
New to the forum, and wanted to get your opinions.
Has anybody leased a 2014 CT during the Golden Opportunity sale going on right now?

They're offering $1000 down, $299/month (plus tax) and 10K miles on the base model.
I've been able to negotiate a little to $320/month (after tax) for 15K miles, and an upgrade to the navigation package.

What do you think?

Seems fair to me too.

I'm the type that would buy a used 2012 or 2013 rather than lease a new one, but that's just my preference.

I think I maybe able to help you score a decent deal.

I just picked up a 2014 CT200H F-Sport in Ultrasonic Blue with Navigation, Premium Package, Fogs and etc. The MSRP was 38,530. Zero down. 12K a year for 27 months. Give them 2700 to buy down the money factor from .00090 to .000180. My monthly payment was 300 flat out the door. SIGN AND DRIVE BABY!

The 2700 is a security deposit that you put down. When you return your lease, they will refund the money back to you.

The selling price of my vehicle was 34,XXX. (There was a 2500 lease cash incentive for me. I literally made the deal on the 20th and picked up the car yesterday.)

Hope this helps.

I'm from Boston.

If it makes u feel better, i was upside down on trade in, my cars sticker was 39k (fully loaded) and did a 4 year lease, 0 down, get ready, 770/month. In my defense i wasnt too happy with my previous ride and was making 550/month, 200 more for a car i want and the mpg makes up for it.

Good luck!

How much were you upside down on your trade in?? $770/month for 4 months is like lease payment for a $65k car...

about 8-9k! Even though it doesn't seem logical for anyone else... after having a wrx,evo,335, the is250 really didn't cut it for me... I've tried hard to like it more and more but it just didn't work. If the car had a 4 cyl. with 204 hp, at least it prepares one mentally that since it is a 4 cyl. the power output is as is, but being a 2.5L v6 and having that low of hp.. just didn't justify it for me. CT though on the other hand, like i said, prepared me mentally, and actually is better than my initial thought power-wise, got the color I wanted, package I wanted, etc.

Just 4 years of paying that, and I'd be clean with no negative equity which is what I'm aiming for... time to clean up for the mess I've caused switching cars like underwear

Just leased a 2014 Ct with nav, premium, and prefered accy package for $250 a month 27 months $995 out of pocket last Friday.

JM Lexus in FL (where I bought my GX 10 years ago) sends me email blasts from time to time. I was considering a Prius for a few days and then got this email. $199 a month (base car) 27 months. I showed it to my local dealer, said I want a nav car, and could he come close. He sure did and I picked it up the next day. No money down, no trade.

Wow...love this deal. I'm sending this to the sales guy now. He's been telling me that the F-Sport with navi is too high in demand for them to give out discounts.

Tomorrow I might go lease a 14 CT200h F-Sport, fully loaded with F sway bars & lowering springs, except no navi. Zero down, $350/mo for 24/mo and 12k miles per year. Thats with the $2500 incentive on the car and my recent college grad credit of $1000. Is that a decent deal?

Update on the deal I got over the weekend:
2014 Lexus CT200h F-Sport w/ Navigation (no parking sensor)
Ultra White

$1350 down (after tax, fees, licensing)
27 months
15k
$380/month after tax

Keep in mind, I had tier 2 credit, so my target range was about $350 (before tax) and then I was expecting to have to pay $60-70 more because of my credit. Well....after a ton of negotiating, and since my income was sufficient they were able to bump my credit to tier 1A!

I was able to get the base model w/ navigation (more expensive than the f-sport w/o nav) for $330 (after tax) and 15k miles. $1350 down though (standard for golden opportunity sale). And this was with tier 2 credit. Ended up paying $50 more a month and getting f-sport w/ navi.
