F-Sport Trident Wheels.... do I need special lugs?
On the Sewell site it says:
"Designed with a silver coated finish, longer lug nuts and F-Sport etched wheel locks to match the wheel face, they are the perfect finishing touch to this upgrade. The Wheel Installation Kit is required for installation."
http://lexus.sewellparts.com/accesso...2011/5110.html

Is this true? Are the trident wheels conical seat vs ball seat on the stock wheels? (or vice versa)
Has anyone run these wheels with the factory lugs?

I personally didn't care too much about factory vs trident wheels, since all that changes is the offset. What I really want is WIDER and/or lighter wheels.

Update:
Ordered the f-sport trident wheels from houseoflexus.com (better price than Sewell) for $614 ($642 after shipping)
After some searching, found a post on here that says the lug nuts are really rebranded McGards:
Ordered the McGards off of Amazon for $96 shipped with prime, so that saved me about another $50 from Sewell. They won't have the Lexus logo but big deal.
Hopefully get these installed next week or so after I receive them.
So i'm looking at around $740 total, not bad. Going to re-use the stock tires and it will be free mounting/balancing since my buddy owns a tire shop. Wanted to go with Enkei RPF1's for lightness, but I couldn't find anything near the $153 per wheel I was getting the tridents for.

McGard Lug nuts
Hypebeast is correct.
Local tire shop managed to break the lock key and returned my car to me without the locks (and therefore missing one lug nut per wheel). Didn't notice until a few weeks later. I am now a former customer as they basically shrugged and told me to go to the dealer for replacements.
Dealer would only sell full set (16 nuts + 4 locks) for close to $200, but the McGards on Amazon are a perfect match.
McGard 65357 Chrome Cone Seat SplineDrive Lug Nut Set (M12 x 1.5 Thread Size) - Set of 4
$14 for a set of 4. The Lexus supplied spline tool fits these same as the OEM.
