As far as dealer CPO prices go, I think that sounds about right. I had gotten my daughter a CPO 2011 CT with little under 37k miles. It was bought new AUG 2011 and we bought it in JUNE 2014. Paid about 24k. No F-Sports back then either which I know adds to the car cost.

Purchased a 2015 CT200h with F sport and nav - $26k OTD with 27,000 miles. Great condition.
