Can you be more specific? Any possibility of a photo of this?

The only thing I can think of is that the car is showing 2 passngers in the rear are not wearing their seat belts.

Are rear seat belts required to be worn where you live?

There are RH and LH "Rear Occupant Classification" sensors, they do not require the rear belts to be attached but seem to add to the systems knowledge when deploying the SIR's. (CT's do not have rear seat side airbags)
What you seem to have is a malfunction of the sensors or wiring. Has the back seat been removed and perhaps
pinched a wire going back in? Is there additional stereo component back there that might have grounded something?

Means this issue is something related to wiring/seatbelt problem?

It does seem to indicate something's wrong about the seatbelts in the rear center and rear passenger side spots. Have you checked with your dealer?

Yes, that is my best guess. The Lexus/Toyota tech program for the USA market cars does not have your
exact screen and carries the disclaimer that some model configuration are not shown. As yours is displaying
Kilometers and Celsius, where are you?
