Default Road trip report!

Guys,

Last weekend, i went for a road trip.

Distance: 900 kilometres
Average speed: 130 kilometres per hour.
4 passenger including drivers
Boot-full of luggage
Fuel economy: 17.5km/l

enjoyed the ride thoroughly. all passengers managed to nod off and they provided good feedback that the CT is a quiet and comfy ride

Would I go country hopping again? Hell yea!

Travelled the distance for a Metallica concert. Worth it!

would u mind converting to US units?

I've done 2 road trips in my CT. Central NJ to Northern VA and back. Central NJ to Boston and back for another. great ride and super comfy. I think for the Northen VA trick i got like 46 mpg. Both trips were about .... 250-300 miles? i forget.

Fort Worth, Texas to Atlanta, Georgia. 850 miles (1370km), only getting about 39 miles per gallon (16.5km/L) cruising at mostly around 75mph (120km/h).

Best part was when I got tired, I pulled into a rest area, folded the rear seats flat and took a nap on my "bed"

It is wrong. 17.5km/l is 41.3mpg.

Sorry, no sorcery. Just bad math.

hahaha I messed up the conversion. My trip to the dragon went well. Carved up those mountain roads like a perfectly cooked turkey on Thanksgiving dinner. Our convoy sped a lot so I got roughly 40 mpg during the ride there and back. However, when I'm cruising at 65 mph, I get 51+ mpg!
