Where to buy device holder ?

I am looking to buy a device holder for the CT. I know Sewell has it for $178 but that is just like buying it from Lexus or stealership. Anyone know where to buy online or a store in California.....

Thanks Ogrechan, but after looking on the past sales on the forums I want to stay at the price of $40-$65 shipped etc. hopefully someone on the boards can sell me one.
