The center arm pad looks real good. I will order mine from Sewell Lexus parts. Thanks for the pictures and part number...

Double Back tape install?
It looks to have two threaded studs. Did you remove them or just drill clearance holes, then use 3M automotive trim tape? Seems like that would work fine and negate removing console for install.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I'd like to know that too!! I think I came across few posts mentioning that it is not really supple but on the stiff side..

Even if they are fairly hard, it would be better then having just the plastic, which is narrower and has less surface space to rest your arm on. Plus, the aftermarket arm rest will probably break in after a while and get a bit softer.

I installed on one my 2011. It's not hard but it's not super padded either. The padding is minimal but it's definitely not leather over plastic. I like it and it took me maybe 5-7 minutes to install.

Much appreciated! I know the first gens the holes needed to be drilled which isn't an issue but the entire shape is different between the two. First gen the pad comes over on the drivers side and stops at the top of the console, The 2nd gen pad starts at the top of the console and extends into the cup holder area facing the passenger side. It's a shame we lost the stitched pattern on the 2nd gen. That would have been a nice little detail and the first gen pad looks more padded..lol
I was going to try and find a cheap first gen console and if it had the pad see if it could be retro fitted on the 2nd gen but doesn't seem worth it. I just looked up the 2nd gen pad and it's $112 so almost the same cost as the first gen pad option. Now I don't think it's worth the effort.
Oh well.
