Talking Photos of the CT with my new HD cam.

Took some pics of the CT with the new Canon EOS today. Keep in mind I'm not the best photographer....

Looks good! What is an HD camera? Is that a video camera?

HD stands for High Definition. Basically a picture camera that shoots very high quality photos!

Just curious, how do you like your Altima hybrid? I haven't seen too many on the road.

Nice shots, I like the 2nd one.

HD is usually associated with video camera's, which I think is why he was thrown off. What model/make camera do you have? I wasn't aware of any HD cameras, just digital camera's that can take pics up to 15 megapixels, etc.? Though I'm not a photo guru either.

What make/model are you using?

Sorry about that, I guess I just associate any higher quality camera as "HD".

It's a Canon EOS Rebel.

It's a great car actually. We got it for my fiance (for a CRAZY good price) and it's making the perfect daily driver. She drives almost all city and it gets 36MPG which is pretty good considering its size. I love that it has more than enough room to carry 5 adults too and the interior is surprisingly good for a Nissan. It's at nearly 60k now and has only had scheduled services done, so its been very reliable. We'll probably never get rid of it as long as its running! I won't let her get rid of that car lol

I personally love the ride of it, sure its large and definitely not as sporty as my IS, but I find it drives quite smoothly.
With the electric motor, it moves pretty quickly too!

Now I understand, you would call that type of camera SLR. As Jimmy mentioned HD is synonymous for digital video cameras. Nice shots, 10-22mm is my guess.

HD is not a term used with still photography, but a designation used in video used to designate a resolution over that used in DVDs and high enough (and 16:9) for "High Definition" television. When you put HD in your heading, we all thought we were going to see some movies, and all we got was some snapshots. Bummer.
Actually, those photos are really good and show the aggressive front of the car, which is very cool in black.
I have a friend who just got one in white, and it looks more elegant than powerful. I wanted her to get the red, but you know how girls are with their cars.

Yeah, color makes a huge difference in the overall look of the CT. Mine looks so mean and aggressive with the black on black in real life whereas when I see a white one I instantly think "grandma car".

"when I see a white one I instantly think "grandma car."
Good guess. My friend with the white CT is a young lady in her 60's. No grandchildren, but that's still a good guess.
Her previous car was a medium grey, which is pretty much what people get when they don't know what color car they want. White is a step forward - perhaps her next one will be red.
