Can you please post pictures? I would like to see how does the front looks like.
I had a hs250h with the weather tech liners. And I just recently traded it in for 2012 ct200h and I kept the weather techs. I tried to see if they fit in the ct. The front drivers side fits perfect. The passenger side almost fits perfect, the is just a little gap by the kick panel. They hs kick panel Is sticks out more. As for the rear, I had to cut off about 4" all the way across. I'm happy with it. Not perfect fit but it does fit.

Weathertech doesn't care about us or the CT. I got tired of waiting for Weathertech to get off the dime and bought the Lexus all weather mats.
This extended wait and lip service from them has made me sour against buying anything from Weathertech. Great product, crappy company to deal with. They do Millions in advertising their new plant and show this huge inventory, but 2 years and still not one thing for the CT, not even their low line mats. Not a good business model for sucess.

Intro-Tech Flexomat Floor Mats I ordered these they are reasonable and fit excellent. WT figures they only sell 1500 a month not enough cars to supply aftermarket for until they are out a few yrs, my guess. Use code newbie get 10% off.....t
I ordered the fronts they sent me a 15% off coupon and then ordered the rears total cost around 70.00 .......they have a funky odor , but after a week its already going away. They fit perfect but don't run up the sides like WT's do. They have a dimpled surface and for sure will collect and hold snow and dirt. The rears are a one piece mat which covers the tunnel.

Weathertech floormats
I just ordered the Weathertech floormats for my 04 RX330 and am looking forward to getting them to see how well they fit. I did quite a bit of research and feel I made the right choice but will wait to see if I did the right thing, I will let you know.

They are the best... if you can get them for your vehicle. It's just to bad that after 3 years they still cannot make a set for the CT and are still giving everyone the same answer as they did 3 years ago. For all the money they are spending on advertising their 'state of art' facility and 'capabilities' waiting 3 years and still nothing tells me they are not at good at what they say they can do.

This is my response from them after I emailed them twice. Hopefully they mean what they say and the floor mats are actually in production:
We have received enough demand for this product recently. The product
Digital Fit FloorLiners for the CT200h is in the works. Normally it
takes 4 months from start to finish for the Floor Liners. Unfortunately
sometimes higher demand products bump less demand products so they can
be completed first. Right now my production sheet says they are 9 weeks
from completion if everything runs smooth. I understand that the vehicle
has been out for a couple years now. WeatherTech has to assess the
likely hood that the vehicle line will be a success before we begin
creating the product. It costs upwards of $50,000 for the mould to be
made, so it is an expensive error if the vehicle folds.
I do apologize it has taken us so long to make this product.
