The CT looks nice... but the IS-F looks killer good. Not even close. IS-F hands down looks way better.

The CT with a F-Sport grille will look almost as good as the IS-F. But the IS-F will still be the more handsome big brother. However, the CT is the best looking Lexus/Toyota hybrid.
