Window tint: factory glass VLT %
I just received a returned phone call from Lexus with the specifications regarding visible light transmission on the US CT 200h, so here you go!
Windshield, 75%
Moonroof, 25%
EVERY OTHER WINDOW, 70%
So in Texas our laws say you can have a tint of 25% minimum, which means you can only have a 35.7% tint added to factory glass (.70*.357= 24.99%)
Do y'all think that a LEO ticket would hold up in court for ticket for having just under 25% VLT? Many 35 % tints let through only 34% of visible light... Thoughts?
