Default New CT owner from New Jersey

I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a physician working in Northwest Jersey. I love performance vehicles, but with gas prices rising I wanted something better with mileage and drove like a luxury sports car. Diesel vehicles are nice, but out of the question. Drove the A3 TDI, really un-Audi like without quattro, and the VW Jetta TDI, drove really like a jackrabbit. I had a really unpleasant experience driving my prior hybrid, a 2007 Camry hybrid, with marginal improvement in mileage.

I went to see what the new Lexus was offering, and after a test drive, fell in love! Placed a deposit on the car and picked up my new drive a week ago. It is fantastic and the real thing!!

The advertised mileage is just as advertised, the ride is really more sport sedan in nature. Just wanted to share, pictures are attached!!

Congrats on a very nice car. I was just at Warnock Lexus getting a door shell for my LS. Saw somebody test driving a silver CT.

I think that is the color to get in the CT. Great choice.

Cool

Congrats - my wife has the Fire Agate / Caramel

Now you need to replace the stock dash trim on your car with Black Metallic (she has the Bamboo Trim!)

Fire Agate is definitely one of the hottest colors out for CT and even Lexus. Congrats!

Do you have any pics of the Black Metallic? I'm almost wishing I ordered the Bamboo now at CT200h Chat. I wish you didn't post the pics now. It makes me want to cancel and reorder it! hahah

I thought I had a picture of the striated graphite metallic trim, but I just have the genuine matte brown ash pearl, genuine bamboo and the standard black from the CT Global Press Launch in France last year:
