Can't remember the exact sticker, but it was around $35,800. Paid $34,800 with the $1000 Lexus Loyalty program, waited for the account to be created at Lexus Financial (requirement of the $1000), and promptly refinanced at my credit union at a better rate for longer term.
I bought on day 2, and there was 1 car on the lot, so I felt confident that MSRP would be the only option. I did, however, negotiate a trade-in deal that made paying MSRP tolerable.
I don't think anyone outside of being a Toyota/Lexus employee is getting anything better than MSRP at this point. Demand is high and supply is low. Maybe later this year well see pricing get better as the CT has been out for a while and supply is a lot more abundant. As for everyone getting a deal, its going to vary with how much you're putting down, trade in and etc.
Dealer gave me $700 off the MSRP and $1000 off for current Lexus Loyalty Program. I guess I got lucky, I went to another dealership and they wouldn't even budge on the price off the MSRP.
