The daytime running lights are different on model with the LED headlight packing and on those without. If you have the LED headlight package, the daytime running lights are one continuous piece because the LED headlights do not have the one large projector beam lens but rather use two smaller units. Models without the LED package have the single large projector beam lens that protrudes into the daytime running lights requiring the separation.

7. Before gas prices have been as high as they are, I was considering a BMW 3-series coupe. This car will replace my modded '04 G35 sedan...I will miss her, especially the HKS exhaust , but will be much happier at the gas pump! Here are some pics:

Picked up at the dealer last week...didn't want to wait for a special order so took the following;

Being here in the western region, looks like they're primarily ordering cars with Nav - all I wanted was premium sound, but that would've been a special order...couldn't wait. May upgrade stereo soon though...sound is kinda flat. Here's a Pic of the new ride.

Wow those white CT200h look beautiful, keep the pics coming guys. Also from people who wen't for a 6 cylinder engine to a hybrid, don't you guys miss the power? Does it feel underpowered at times?

I came from a 1996 ES 300 which had 188 hp, was smooth and lots of room.

The CTh is smaller, less horsepower but gets great gas mileage. Has four doors and can carry up to five people. The CTh has great technology that my ES didn't have such as navigation, rain sensing wipers, LED headlights, bluetooth, backup camera, etc...I know and understand the CTh isn't an LFA, IS F or a GSh. It's not an LX, GX or RX or RXh. It's a for door luxury hatchback and I love it for what it is...

Just wanted to BUMP this thread, as it's been stagnant for over a week now, which is shocking.

My special order that I placed mid-April, which was due in as late as mid-July will now arrive at the dealer 6/10, though I did away with the LED's mentioned above, as that would have added 3-4 more months to the wait time. HID's will be just as good, if not better, and $1,100 cheaper! Just need to figure out how long it will take them to tint & prep it, tags & registration.

Hello all!

I just ordered my CT on Monday (6/27) and was assured that I will be getting a 2012 model - also with the help of carcostcanada.com, I managed to negotiate 1150 off MRSP for a price of 29800 - ($36,300 off the lot).

I ordered the Base car in Obsidian with Black interior and will be having the dealer tint to 30-35%%.

She will be replacing my 2008 Evolution MR, which I have mixed feelings about.

Congrats. Nice ride BTW. You'll miss the power & exhaust note, that's for sure. I know I still miss mine, but I wouldn't change my mind if I had to do it all over again.

Thanks! Ya - power is one thing I am certainly going to miss... in fact I was nearly depressed the whole week that I decided to sell - until I had to fill up again that is. The other thing I will miss is the sucking from my intake... sounds so dirty even at 60% throttle.

Exhaust on the other hand... I am looking forward to having a quiet car again. My exhaust is so loud for me that it's almost become irritating when I'm on my handsfree. I'm slightly hard of hearing as it is, so it makes it that much more difficult. As soon as I drove the CT and came to a stop-light... dead silence... and a sigh of relief from me and my wife lol.
