need
8mm
10mm
12mm
sockets and a ratchet to make things easier.
remember to remove the orange safety switch before opening up the battery otherwise is 200volts.
Thanks for your advice. I think I am going to order 4 modules. My mechanic and I are little familiar with dismantling the HV battery and will take good care with it.
btw, how to find out which modules are 8 and 9 physically.?
Also, once I get the modules I can replace them with the bad ones, right.? No need to charge them or boost them.?

Finally got the new modules and replaced it. Could only took snaps which I will post it soon.. My bad, when working with HV Battery I was wearing a metal watch and accidentally came into contact with the modules, the watch broke apart with heat. I got hurt a bit.
Replaced the modules with the faulty ones. So far so good. I am periodically checking the Data list via toyota techstream. Will post the pdf's and images for reference purpose soon.

Thanks Guys for helping me out. Thanks a Lot. Club Lexus Rocks.!

Looks like blocks 9 and 6 are bad. What blocks did your watch touch. I think you could have damaged the cells along with yourself when you made that mistake

Thanks for your message. I touched the modules which are in the extreme end like 13 or 14th block. After a week placing the order of 4 modules, I saw 2 blocks are low along with the ones which I thought of replacing. So I have to change 2 more blocks maybe.
