Going cross-country with my CT!

i would change out ATF, half a can of seafoam in crankcase- oil change right after, spark plugs, and run a can of gumout fuel treatment.
the car may not need it, but fresh fluids and plugs never did any harm.
probably a good idea to look into swapping the fuel filter too, even tho gas pumps are filtered multiple times before it gets pumped into your car.
my friend is a master tech at lexus, and i plan on having him swap out all fluids before i make the move to california.

Not to worry. It just depends on how one drives. I was able to get 44 mpg on a few fill ups, but in required too much concentration on my part. So if I drive the way I usually do, it get around 35 mpg.

When I first got her I took the boys from Cincinnati to Olando & Naples Florida $45 each way! 😭😭😭😭😭 that most likely saved me thousands and the ride was top shelf I've put almost 20k on her since I purchased

Those are awesome pics my friend. Fine looking boys! Glad it all worked out.
Our CT would not be the pick for us on a long trip. Much rather take my LS460. Any shorter trips though and the CT200 is our go-to.

Great pics!
I've taken my 2013 CT from FL to ME, and it was a pretty solid road trip car. It was leased, though, so I was sweating the miles at the end of the lease!

Sounds like a great father son trip! I got a roof rack and roof box and did a trip from SoCal --> Las Vegas --> Zion National Park --> Horseshoe Bend and Back. Love the MPG and comfort on such long road trips!
