Default Infant carrier fitting through rear doorway

Does anyone have trouble placing an infant carrier into the base on the rear seat of the car? With the rear door width being smaller, we were concerned that the infant carrier would be difficult to to remove from the base and take out of the car w/ the baby in it.

Unfortunately, by the time I purchased the CT, my child outgrew his carrier so I can't validate. However I suggest you take the carrier and visit the dealer. Part of my prerequisite of buying the CT was making sure the stroller fits in the back and the dealer was more than welcome to let me test fit prior to purchasing anything.
