Default Need Winter Tires

Need winter tires. Thinking of stepping down to 16" as my friend has new rims and tires off his Subaru he's trading in. Wondering if anyone has picture son 16" on the CT. I can't find any.

Like this? Narrower and higher profile tyres are generally better in rough winter conditions, I'd like to have 15" with winter tyres (suspension effect and lower slush planing risk).

Here's my car with Michelin X-Ice Xi3 snow tires on 16" rims.

I'm very satisfied with the 205/55-16 Michelin X-Ice Xi3.

Have you checked if the wheels fit. If I recall Subaru has 56 hub bore size and Lexus is 60.1. Hard to find an adapter ring, if it exists, that goes bigger than the wheel, maybe if you also used a spacer. But doubtful...
Also what is the bolt spacing?

I'm looking for All Weather tires (not the same as all season). If anyone has any recommendations or first hand experience, I'd like to hear about it. I'm having trouble finding them in our size. Hakkepelattia (sp?) are the best I know, but they don't seem to come in our oem size either.
