2012 F Sport. XM Traffic and Weather not working?

I just got the radio service activated but traffic patterns and weather aren't working. I'm pretty new to this CT so I'm sure I'm missing something. Can anyone shed some light?

That is by design. Traffic and radio are 2 separate charges, and if memory serves me correctly, it is an additional $5/month extra.
