Default Pulse Glide Technique

What is the pulse glide technique that I am reading on posts? I am a new hybrid owner and am learning driving techniques that improve mileage.

very cool indeed...I will try this week...

since the temps have gotten warmer and less need for HEAT, my mpg has gone up to 41-41 MPG instead of the 34-36 MPG it was all winter!!!
