Bumper
No fog lights not inc. and yes socket and screwdriver is all needed tools. Also need to buy fog light brackets if you want to have fog lights but only 30 each

You think the existing 2011-13 fog lamp brackets would not mount to the new bumper? Do you need to new clips or nuts/bolts to mount the bumper or do they come with the bumper? Or you use the old ones? Thanks.

and you said the LED fog matches, to the LED headlight? I wonder how well it matches with 4300k HID, probably not so good

sorry picture is tilted. Dont know about Led Matching up. Im using 5000k HID and it matches up good so 4300k might not. And yes the fog leds are plug and play
