I'm certainly looking forward to the increase in fuel economy as the temp rises and we approach spring/summer. On the current tank of gas I'm getting about 47-48 mpg since the readout shows 50. :-)

can you elaborate on the "12 second scan/anticipation, smooth inputs augmented by pulse and glide "

12 second scan/anticipation = Look far ahead and plan accordingly. If you're using the friction brakes, you're wasting gas.

smooth inputs = pretty self explanatory

augmented by pulse and glide = accelerate and coast, allows maximization of EV mode at speeds < 45

Default Thrilled with mileage

This is my first Lexus and hybrid. I drive primarily county roads and interstate and am averaging 46mpg. I noticed that the gas mileage is lower in colder weather. My mileage was about 48-49mpg up until sub-freezing weather this winter. Last summer, average mileage was 51mpg.

Depends on where and how you do it.
Ct200h is very slow car. When I merge on the highway , I wait till I have huge gap btw cars. I get 40-42 mpg. I am located in nj. If you live in CA, or flat land I guess you get much better. I guess I have to be used to slow green gas saving driving style.

Thumbs up Last Tank = 46 mpg

The readout claimed 49.3. We all know that the readout is 2-3 mpg optimistic. Filled up with 6.0 gallons after driving 276 miles. That's exactly 46.0 mpg. My CT just rolled over 3,000 miles and is yet to see a 60 degree day since I've had it.
