I believe it doesn't come wit the actual fog lamp. It just comes with the matching F-Sport grille to match the center grille.

Yeah accent garnishes and hardware. That's the matching grille pieces.

I'm doing this right now, what were the PLUG part numbers you ordered for the 4 plugs that go into the Halogen harness, and the 6 plugs that go into the LED headlight? That way we all can save hours by just buying the plugs by part # and making our own harness.

Also do you know what wires go to what plug? Or have photos before you wrapped the harness?

Thanks!

I replied back to your PM but the easiest way to learn how to get this is on each of the plugs they have a part number on it ...the number is incredibly small (like 2-3mm high) .if you want the corresponding male or female part, it usually is one number up or down

i.e. if a part number says 12345 then the corresponding female/male part would be 12346 or 12344

to be 100% sure just go to the wire repair harness manual from toyota (http://www.scribd.com/doc/11192307/T...Harness-Repair) and then count the pin number holes on your connector, and usually headlights are the waterproof ones. the numbers are usually corresponding and thus easy to find. anyway you should double check as i have the jdm headlights and the usdm headlights might be different.

90980-10988
90980-10897
90980-11598
90980-11193
then for the h11 plug i just go a cheap ebay plug since i'd rather pay 5 dollars for a plug compared to the price of the oem one which is 30+ dollar. anyway the most expensive cost of the harness was the wire itself..it was ridiculously overpriced.

fyi on the led headlights, there is a 2 pin connector that does not need to be plugged in since it's simply a subharness for the turn signal and you can just use the turn signal from your original harness.

as for photos before i wrapped teh harness, that's difficult. i tried to take pictures of it but it's not so easy to see or understand, sorry.

I ordered 2 of each of these plugs:

H11 Ebay Plug $5 shipped
Plug: 90980-10988 Plug Wires: 82998-12440
Plug: 90980-10897 Plug Wires: 82998-12440
Plug 90980-11598 Plug Wires 82998-12430
Plug 90980-11193 Plug Wires: 82998-12430

The plugs are all bare and you need to order the plug wires to make the harness for anyone else doing this mod.

Ill update as I go on with this for anyone wanting info

how much did the harnesses cost at your dealer? i looked them up online and with shipping it looks like the 8 plugs are $70

also how many of the wires do i need to order? just one of each or multiples?

Nice upgrade.

I've always liked the look of the LED headlights, especially since it doesn't have the break in the DRL LED Strip.

The only bad thing about using the JDM housings is that it's not configured for the US road layout where we drive on the right side, thus the step is actually raised to oncoming traffic rather than street signs. Luckily Lexus uses DOT steps rather than ECE so it's rather marginal increase in light to oncoming traffic. If you got EDM lights for a european car you'll get flashed all the time.

Pretty sure JDM spec headlights are designed to light up the LEFT side of the road for signs. Exactly what you DON'T want in the US. Our signs are on the right. So keep this in mind. Don't use JDM stuff. Go for US spec headlight guts. For me I did RX350 bi-xenon non-afs projectors in my CT200h. Requires very easy minimal cutting to the shroud. Direct bolt on. You can also do Corolla LEDs, but that requires some more custom fabricating. Not too hard. Just not as easy.

Here's my thread on Priuschat. Install is nearly identical to the CT200h. (I went from Prius to CT200h to IS200t.)

The LED headlight option from the factory includes auto-leveling. Do the headlight units you purchased have all of that hardware built in? Have you looked into it? Does it work?

not needed, i have done this mod on many other vehicles. just aim the headlights properly after mounting and they are good to go. every other vehicle i have ever owned had an active enthusiast community, this is the first vehicle i have owned where people seem to just drive it without mods. unfortunately no one seems to have done any real mods with this vehicle. one person already did this based on this thread, he is just no longer an active member and he didnt post anything useful in this thread before leaving.
